There is no contact form, no support portal and no newsletter. Write in English or Chinese; both get read. Expect a few days before a reply.
What to write about
- A name that came out badly, with the race and style you picked — those reports are the main way the word lists improve.
- A culture, class or style you want added.
- A bug: which browser, which race, how many names, what you expected.
- Anything on the privacy page that is unclear.
What not to write about
- Requests to generate names that copy an existing published character, or a living author's work word for word.
- Paid placement, link swaps or guest-post offers.
